Verrines (dessert in a cup)
A composed dessert in a cup, usually consisting of multiple components. Some favorites include: cheesecake mousse with fresh strawberries and microbasil, earl grey cremeux with raspberries and crispy chocolate pearls, and Dulce chocolate cremeux with salted caramel and crispy chocolate feuilletine. Many options and flavor profiles available; all items made to order. Minimum two dozen pieces per flavor.
Cream Tarts
Hand drawn and cut in various shapes, these tart “shells” are layered with a lightened pastry cream and garnished with your choice of toppings (berries, chocolate, edible gold leaf, etc)
Chocolate Truffles
Hand rolled chocolate truffles; various flavors available. Minimum two dozen pieces per flavor.
S’mores on a Stick
Housemade vanilla bean marshmallow dipped in dark chocolate and graham cracker crumbs. Minimum two dozen pieces.
Cupcakes + Mini Cupcakes
Most cake and filling (topping) flavors above are available; minimum of one dozen pieces per flavor for regular size, two dozen per flavor for minis.
Decorated Sugar Cookies
Handmade cookies in various shapes, frosted with royal icing or buttercream. Pricing is based on size and design.
Rice Krispy Treats
Pillows of marshmallows, brown butter, and a touch of salt make the perfect treat! Can be cut into custom shapes and decorated with sprinkles, gold, and more. Minimum two dozen pieces.
Cookies
Handmade cookies in various flavors (chocolate chip is the most popular!). Minimum one dozen pieces.

Mini tarts available in a variety of flavors and shapes; please inquire. Minimum two dozen pieces per flavor.
